An Equity Release Scheme may be a lifetime mortgage or a home reversion plan. To understand the features and risks, please ask for a personalised illustration.

For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually £500 and we may offset some commission against this, or a fee of £2,000 and we will refund any commission.

For equity release advice you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 1% of the release (minimum £750) and we may offset some commission against this, or a fee of £3.5% of the release (minimum £2,000) and we will refund any commission.
